Financial Information

Although inflation is a fact of life in the "twenty-first century", we have been able to maintain quality training at a reasonable cost to the student. As a resident student, you can expect to pay about $4575.00 per semester for the basic fees and accommodation, plus textbooks and class notes.

Your total cost may increase because of private piano or music lessons, use of practice rooms, car plug-in rentals, late registration, special medically-advised diets, graduation fee, class fees, phone calls, personal purchases of books, snacks, toiletries, clothing, etc.

Please note: We reserve the right to raise these fees without prior notice.

Application Fee

$30.00 (non-refundable).

Tuition Fee

$2450.00 per semester (tax deductible and includes tuition, library fee, and office fee).

Room and Board

$2125.00 per semester for residence students (includes such fees as student activities and ministries, room and board, maintenance, yearbook, accident insurance, student planner, laundry, etc.).

Married Student Accommodation availability flucuates year by year. Please contact us for current information.

Registration Fee

$100 Registration Fee is due along with your course registration. This is not an extra fee, but will be applied to your tuition when classes start in September. If you do not arrive for classes in September, the registration fee is non-refundable.

There is no longer a Room Reservation Fee (formerly $150).

Damage Deposit

A Damage Deposit of $150 will be charged to all students (unless already paid in previous years). This deposit will be held in a trust fund to cover any damages incurred by you during your time here.

Sports Fees

  • Ambassador Hockey $250.00.
  • Ambassador Volleyball $250.00.
  • Ambassador Basketball $250.00.
  • Ambassador Soccer $250.00.

Recreation team prices are dependent on league fees.

Vehicles Parked On Campus

All student vehicles parked on campus (with the exception of married students and commuters) will need to be registered. The yearly fees are:

  • Parking space on campus without electrical plug - $25.00 parking registration fee.
  • Parking space on campus with electrical plug, $90.00.

Private Music Fees (Per semester)

  • Half-hour lessons $175.00.*
  • One hour lessons $310.00.*

*includes mandatory practice room fee.

Textbook / Class Notes

Total for text books is estimated at $250.00 per semester.  Class notes, depending on classes taken, may be up to $35.00/semester.

Miscellaneous Fees
  • Individual courses up to 11 credit hours $145.00 per credit hour.
  • Graduation proceedings fee (Graduates only) $80.00
  • Late registration $55.00.
