Application for Admission

Application Options

There are two ways you can begin the application process today:



1. Apply Online.
Our online application collects most of the information we need to admit you to PRBI.  Please be sure to download the additional reference pages.  APPLY NOW

2. Download Application.
This option allows you to download a complete Printable Application for Admission (see below), including reference forms.


Steps are as follows:

  1. Read the Admissions Policy.
  2. Download the Application Form.
  3. Download and print the PRBI Medical & Reference Forms
  4. Fill them out.
  5. Mail them to: PRBI Admissions Office, Box 99, Sexsmith, AB, T0H 3C0.

When completing the Application for Admission, please give careful attention to each part of the application. Any incomplete sections may result in unnecessary delays.
