Application Options:

There are two ways you can begin the application process today:

1. Read the Admissions Policy
2. Fill out the Online Application Form
3. Have your references fill out forms:
    (e-mail the link of the form to your references)
             - ONLINE Pastor Reference Form
             - ONLINE Teacher/Employer Reference Form
             - ONLINE Adult Friend Reference Form

Or print off the forms and hand them to your references to send back directly to the PRBI Admissions Department (information below):

             - Adult Friend Reference Form

2. Download the Printable Application

2. Print and Fill out the Application Form.
3. Have your references fill out forms and send them back directly to PRBI:

When completing the Application for Admission, please give careful attention to each part of the application. Any incomplete sections may result in unnecessary delays.
