Description/duties: Full Time Senior Pastor in an Eldership-Led Evangelical Church                               
  • Have a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must be willing to work as part of an eldership
  • Be responsible for a Bible based worship service, the spiritual welfare of the congregation, and outreach to the community
  • Be a clear communicator of Scripture in the church and the greater community                                                                                              
  • Support the various ministries of the church: offer guidance and carry the vision                                                                                            
  • Have an interactive relationship with the church body and the community
  • Take care of self and family (as a priority)
Qualifications: 
  • Biblical training required
  • Pastoral Experience prefered
  • French language beneficial but not required
