The building consists of 14 fully self-contained apartments with each one having a separate entrance. There are 6 one bedroom suites on the main floor that are approx. 650 sqft. The second and third floors have 4(ea) 2 bedroom suites which are significantly larger at 950 sqft and are accessed by stairs at the ends of the building. All come with brand new major appliances including a deep-tub dishwasher and front-load washer and dryer. Flooring is ceramic tile or laminate except for carpet in the bedrooms. Two parking stalls will be designated for each unit. Paving, sidewalks and landscaping is scheduled to be completed the summer of 2010. 

Rent
Rates are presently set at $500 for the one bedroom units and $600 for the two bedroom. All utilities, with the exception of water and sewer, are the responsibility of the tenant. High efficiency furnaces/water heaters help to minimize the energy costs and bills are generally around $125 for the winter and $80 for the summer. Two parking stalls are available with one of them have access to electricity. Since this power is not run through individual meters there will be an additional charge for this stall.

Bedrooms 
Bedrooms are quite large and can easily accommodate a queen size suite. If needed, two twin beds or two sets of bunk beds could be set up in the second bedroom.

Washroom
The washroom is a nice size and has a large, full width mirror over the vanity. Tile flooring and acrylic tub/shower units are durable and easy to keep clean.
