Beaverlodge Alliance Youth

Position

Youth Leader

Volunteer Job Description

Field ed students will be either an independent youth leader, or help out with other youth leaders in leading small groups on Wednesday nights. This simply looks like creating connection and leading conversations with their designated group of students, although they are free and encouraged to interact with all students at youth. Field ed students will have opportunity to lead games and to speak at youth.
The overall expectation is that you will show up weekly and create connections with students, show the love of Jesus, and help foster a space where students can be themselves without judgements.
