Volunteer Job Description

Preschool Sunday School. Currently we have age 2-6. Attendance is unpredictable & can range from 4-9 children. A text or call during the week to encourage attendance is helpful. Lessons are prepped by the Preschool coordinator so minimal preparation is needed. Snack is provided. Room was recently expanded.

Elementary Sunday School: Grade 2-5: Lessons are available or teacher can create their own. Attendance is unpredictable and can range from 3-8 students. Weekly text/call is helpful.

Children are from church families and from the neighborhood.

Frequency of Involvement

There are teachers for both classes so it depends how often students are available to come. A rotation is an option.

We are a small church. We love children & are excited about our growing children's ministry but we don't want to burn out our workers. More help would be greatly appreciated.
