Addictions Related Issues GS540
This course will examine a variety of issues and struggles that are often related to addictions as underlying or complicating factors. We will explore issues like anger, self-esteem, shame, grief, depression, and mental health. We will consider how such factors contribute to addiction and discuss strategies that facilitate a holistic approach to addictions treatment.
