Wednesday, October 8 (Students have classes)
Campus is unlocked at 8:00am
8:00 am: Reps arrive for booth setup
8:45 am: Orientation, Prayer, Networking
10:00 am: Keynote Session 1
12:00 pm: Lunch
5:00 pm: Supper with small student group – location to be assigned
7:00 pm: Keynote Session 2


Thursday, October 9 (no class day)
Campus is unlocked at 8:00am
8:00 am: Breakfast with small student group – location to be assigned
9:00 am: Seminar #1
10:00am: Coffee Break
10:30 am: Organized Booth Visiting with students
11:30 am: Seminar #2
12:30 pm: Lunch with small student group – location to be assigned
2:30 pm: Keynote Session 3
5:00 pm: Supper with small student group – location to be assigned
7:00 pm: Booth Take Down (please depart by 8:00pm)

Each ministry will have  a 6-foot-long display table.
