Teacher for 3-5 year olds and an assistant teacher for grades 1-3 mixed
Volunteer Job Description
Gospel Light curriculum is provided to the Sunday School teacher. The teacher would be required to prepare and carry out the lesson for 5-6 children (ages 3-5)
A teen assistant will support the teacher.
Grades 1-3 mixed group - boys and girls
9 children in this class. The assistant would support the Sunday School teacher during the class time. Possibly the assistant would prepare an activity/game for the lesson.
Dates & Times
Sunday mornings 9:15-10:45 prior to the church service.
Class time is 9:30-10:30. Extra time to prepare ahead and tidy up after.
We do not have Sunday School on long weekends such as Thanksgiving or Family Day.
Location
La Glace Bible Fellowship Church.
La Glace is about 20 minutes west of Sexsmith.
A number of families/young couples from Sexsmith attend LBF so if transportation was an issue I am certain we can arrange for it.
Frequency of Involvement
Weekly, beginning September 17.
Positions Available
1 position, male or female for each class.

Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector) there is a small cost for this at the RCMP in GP but the church can reimburse the student.
A Ministry Application would have to be completed and three references provided.
